Callouts and Rates

The good news is that 95% of Repairs can be done in your own home there and then when I call out. If this does not suit I do also offer a Collect - Repair - Return service 

Computer repairs can take from 1 to 4 hours depending on what is wrong with the computer and also how much personal data is already on it. 

Rates and Times

I do not charge an Extra callout charge within 15 miles of Bangor

Repair time is normally 1 to 4 hours depending on the problem and how much personal data is on the computer.

Callout time slots are between 10am to 7 pm Monday to Friday.

The cost of the callout is £40 this is also for the first hour, then it's £25 per hour after.

(An example is, A standard two hour repair job will work out to be £65,  this excludes any replacement parts used)

Will accept Cash, Paypal & Card Payments.

( Please note that Card payments over £65 will incur a small extra charge. This is down to the card payment provider and is beyond my control.

Saturday and Sunday Service is also available for emergencies at £50 per hour
